**Responsibilities**
- Design and develop scalable architecture solutions using Java and Snaplogic Elastic Platform to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data models into finance and accounting systems for improved accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyze existing systems and propose enhancements to optimize performance and support business growth.
- Lead the implementation of technology solutions ensuring alignment with industry best practices and company standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular assessments of technology architecture to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for architecture designs and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.
- Monitor emerging technology trends and evaluate their potential impact on company operations and strategy.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data security standards in all technology solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Drive initiatives to enhance system reliability scalability and performance through innovative technology solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill teams on new technologies and architecture methodologies.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong expertise in Java programming and Snaplogic Elastic Platform with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design solutions that address complex business challenges.
- Show proficiency in developing and implementing scalable architecture solutions that align with business objectives.
- Have experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving technology projects from conception to completion.
- Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and convey technical concepts.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
