**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
- Provide expertise in Salesforce DevOPS to streamline deployment processes.
- Implement and manage SFDC Service Cloud solutions to improve customer service operations.
- Develop and customize SFDC Lightning components to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Ensure that Salesforce solutions are aligned with industry best practices and organizational goals.
- Conduct regular system audits and prepare for upgrades to maintain system integrity.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to Salesforce configurations and customizations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system issues to ensure seamless operation.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**
- Possess extensive experience in SFDC Development and Customization.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce DevOPS for efficient deployment management.
- Have in-depth knowledge of SFDC Service Cloud to enhance customer service capabilities.
- Show expertise in developing and customizing SFDC Lightning components.
- Exhibit strong skills in SFDC Configuration for optimal system performance.
- Experience in Organizational Change Management is a plus.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model with a focus on collaboration and innovation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to staying current with industry trends and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
