- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering innovative solutions that impact society positively.

**Qualifications**
- Possess extensive experience in PEGA Upgrade Frameworks and Platform.
- Demonstrate proficiency in PEGA Application Development and Data Integration.
- Exhibit strong skills in PEGA User Experience and Mobility.
- Have expertise in PEGA Case Management and Marketing.
- Show proficiency in PEGA Decision Hub and Reporting.
- Hold a deep understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
- Display excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Adapt to a hybrid work model and manage day shift responsibilities efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest PEGA technologies and industry trends.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve project goals.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
