1) staff will have 1 hour call duration target, its not a single call duration, its for the total calls made that day including in coming and outgoing calls.

2) staff should have an additional android mobile to work with us, mobile should have auto call recording facility enabled.staff need to install our tele calling software in mobile which will record all calls in software and leads will also shown in the software.we will give leads to call.we will give 2 sim cards and staff should insert both sim cards in mobile same time

3) staff will have Rs.10000 weekly medi claim insurance premium target
