**Location: Leena’s** Mushroom Farms LLP - Piravom, Ernakulam

**Job Type**: Full-time | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month

**About Us**

Leena’s Mushroom Farms LLP, founded in 2012, is a leading producer and distributor of premium-quality Oyster mushrooms in Kerala. With over 100 kg of fresh mushrooms harvested daily and a monthly spawn output of 2 tons, we supply products including fresh mushrooms, spawn, DIY kits, and cultivation accessories across the state.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and follow-ups
- Provide product details and clarify doubts about mushroom cultivation, kits, and accessories
- Maintain call logs and update customer database
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team for orders and delivery updates
- Assist in basic sales and marketing tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales support (preferred)
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Basic computer knowledge and comfort with MS Excel and Google Sheets..
- Polite, confident, and professional phone etiquette
- Knowledge of **billing software or accounting tools** is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills in **Malayalam and English**)

**Eligibility**
- Minimum 1 year experience in tele calling
- Any graduate
