Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with the sales team
- Maintain and follow up on leads and quotations
- Coordinate between customers and internal departments (operations, dispatch, accounts)
- Prepare and update sales reports and maintain client databases
- Schedule pickups/deliveries in coordination with the logistics team
- Assist in documentation and tracking of shipments
- Ensure timely communication with clients on order status and updates
- Provide administrative support to the sales and logistics team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
