Digital Sales Executive who works in sales and is responsible for selling services or products to customers on behalf of a company either as an employee or as a sales associate or agent

Outbound calling process

Good communication skills

Graduation (Full Time) is mandatory.

**Responsibility Area**
- Contact Digital& Direct customers as per the verification script with 15 days of inception.
- Ensure to achieve daily set targets for dial outs and talk time
- Prioritize the calls for the day and follow-up with customer as per the requirement.
- Coordinate with operation & service team as per the customer requirement.
- Share calling file on daily basis to Operations & quality team.
- Efficiency of contact center

**II. Education and Experience Guidelines**

**Education Qualifications**
- Fresher/Experience Graduate with good communication skills in any discipline

**Core experience**
- **Fresher/Experienced**

**Preferable Knowledge/Experience**
- Prior experience in General Insurance outbound contact center will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
