**TJob description**:
**Position : Coordinator - Karmann Training**

**Trainee Management**

Up to date trainee records

Scheduling daily activities/outings/exposure visits in accordance to the

plans made

Overlooking the execution of the IEP's and daily plans

Researching and enabling experiential visits for trainees

Conducting weekly/monthly/quarterly assessments

Checking plans and progress reports

Exploring new methods of teaching to ensure productive outcomes

Scheduling parent meetings timely

Planning and executing sessions.

Maintaining records of the students of the relevant group.

Maintaining progress records.

Enhancement of the program.

Working in sync with the team (Trainers, Counsellor, etc.) to ensure

sustainability of the job opportunities for the students.

**Team Management**:
Working with the Karmann Team to ensure quality of training and that it

is in sink with the goals required to graduate

Working with content developers to ensure relevance of the curriculum

Working with counsellor to ensure effective interventions

Reporting weekly to management with Program updates

Coordination between the program manager and trainers.

**Experiences Requirement**

Minimum of two years’ experience working with adults with disabilities

required, preferably in an employment setting.

1 year supervisory experience.

**Education Requirement**:
Bachelors degree in special education

Minimum 2 years work experience of people with disabilities.

**Knowledge ,Skills and Language Requirement**:
Ability to work with a diverse team

Computer literate

Good communication skills (verbal, written)
