**Roles and Responsibilities**

l Prepare quotations, generate invoices and proforma invoices

l Engage with key clients and follow up for payments

l Co-ordinate for purchase and sales orders from the factory teams

l Liase with SAP team for production updates

l Process courier invoices and manage dispatch lists

l Project documentation

l Collaborate with Accounts on processes

l Manage and monitor team’s output

**Skills**:
l SAP

l Effective communication skills

l Ability to multitask

l Manage work efficiently and accurately

l Performance Criteria/KPIs

l Prepare quotations and invoices accurately

l Achieve timely payment collection

l Collaboration with other departments for ease of processes

l Effective team management

Work Location: In person.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
