**Role Details**:

- **Job Type**: Full-time
- **Location**: On-site
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (preferred)
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year (preferred)
- **Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate service activities for analytical laboratory instruments.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and technical teams.
- Manage scheduling and ensure timely completion of service tasks.
- Prepare and maintain detailed service reports.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Projects teams for seamless project execution.
- Address client queries and concerns effectively.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in English (preferred).
- Proficiency in technical understanding of laboratory instruments or gas management systems.
- Hands-on experience in customer support or service coordination (1 year preferred).

**Schedule & Supplemental Pay**:

- **Schedule**: Day shift
- **Pay**: Yearly bonus in addition to monthly salary
