**Human Resource Intern - CSR | Work with Dignity Foundation**

The Work with Dignity Foundation is being established to create a platform, with relevant stakeholders, in a phased manner, to ensure that every individual gets an opportunity to work with dignity.

The Program Coordinator Intern will be supporting our organization's activities and initiatives, with a specific focus on a scholarship program.

The scholarship program is a transformative initiative aimed at empowering students who have the right aptitude towards technology but lack the right opportunity by providing them with essential technical skills and getting them job-ready.

This internship offers an opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to gain hands-on experience in program coordination, event planning, and administrative tasks while working closely with our team to ensure the success of the Super 20 program and related events.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and scheduling program activities.
- Contribute to the development of a well-structured program calendar to ensure smooth execution.
- Managing the logistics to ensure the successful execution of the program activities.
- Maintaining accurate attendance records to monitor participation and engagement.
- Provide valuable insights to improve the program's quality and impact.
- Address challenges and offer essential support to all parties involved.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Design skills using tools like Canva are a plus.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

**Job Types**: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
