**Job Title**: Fabricator

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fabricator to join our team. The Fabricator will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing components for various structures and products using a variety of materials, including metal, plastic, and wood. This role requires a high level of precision, an understanding of blueprints and technical drawings, and the ability to operate a variety of fabrication tools and equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Fabrication & Assembly**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Cut, shape, and assemble materials (metal, wood, plastic, etc.) according to design specifications.
- Operate welding machines, cutting tools, grinders, lathes, mills, and other fabrication equipment.
- Use hand tools and power tools to construct parts and products.
- Ensure all fabricated components meet design specifications and quality standards.
- **Welding & Metalworking**:

- Perform welding using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
- Perform metal cutting, bending, and forming as needed to create components.
- Ensure all welded components meet safety and quality standards.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect finished products for compliance with design specifications and tolerances.
- Ensure that all fabrications meet safety and quality standards.
- Perform adjustments or repairs as needed to meet specifications.
- **Maintenance & Safety**:

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following proper safety procedures.
- Perform regular maintenance on fabrication tools and equipment.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and wear the appropriate PPE.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other team members to resolve any design or fabrication issues.
- Provide feedback on design improvements or material choices based on fabrication challenges.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a standing or kneeling position for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a noisy environment with exposure to dust, fumes, and welding hazards.

**Working Conditions**:

- Work is typically performed in a fabrication shop or on construction sites.
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
- Exposure to noise, welding fumes, and hazardous materials; use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
