**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Welding**: Perform MIG, TIG, and ARC welding on various metals such as stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel.
- **Fabrication**: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to fabricate and assemble metal components for test chambers, ovens, and other industrial products.
- **Assembly**: Measure, cut, bend, and shape metal materials to ensure precise assembly of custom products.
- **Inspection**: Inspect and test welded surfaces and structures to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- **Maintenance**: Maintain welding and fabrication tools, equipment, and workstations in proper working condition.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with engineers, technicians, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the fabrication and welding process.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **Welder and Fabricator** in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in **MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques**.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering plans.
- Strong knowledge of various metals and their properties, including stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel.
- Experience in the **fabrication of industrial equipment** is a plus.
- Good understanding of **safety practices** and regulations in a welding environment.
- **Attention to detail** and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- **Physically fit**, as the job may involve standing for long periods and handling heavy materials.

**Education and Certifications**:

- **ITI/Trade certificate** in welding or fabrication or equivalent experience.
- Certification in **MIG, TIG, and ARC welding** is preferred.
