**Job Overview**:
Teemer Tech Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced TIG Welder with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding to join our team. As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for welding a variety of metal components, ensuring high-quality standards, and working collaboratively with the production team to meet project requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Welding Operations**: Perform TIG welding on a variety of metals, including stainless steel, aluminum, and other alloys, to fabricate and repair parts and structures.
- **Blueprint Interpretation**: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to determine welding requirements and specifications.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all welds meet the required quality standards and specifications by conducting visual inspections, non-destructive testing (NDT), and dimensional checks.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times. Wear proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools to ensure optimal functionality and longevity.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the production team, engineers, and other welders to achieve project goals and deadlines.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Contribute to process improvements and suggest modifications to welding techniques for increased efficiency and quality.
- **Material Preparation**: Prepare materials by cleaning and grinding the surfaces to ensure proper welding conditions and achieve strong weld joints.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of welding activities, including time logs, material usage, and quality checks.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in TIG welding, with a strong understanding of welding techniques and equipment.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in TIG welding on a variety of materials, particularly stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel.
- Knowledge of welding safety standards and practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address welding challenges on-site.
- **Certifications**:

- AWS (American Welding Society) certification or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Any additional welding certifications or training in TIG welding is a plus.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in various physical conditions, including confined spaces.
- **Work Environment**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team, to meet production goals.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with welding automated systems or CNC machines.
- Knowledge of heat treatment processes and their effect on materials.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
