Job Description – Welder / Fabricator

Position: Welder / Fabricator

Location: Cheran Nagar, Coimbatore

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

Experience Required: Minimum [2] years in welding & fabrication

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Arc Welding and Gas Welding as per project requirements.
  • Carry out Fabrication of steel, flex, and metal structures, including cutting, bending, and assembling.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
  • Ensure high-quality finishing and adherence to safety standards.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in good condition.
  • Work collaboratively with the production/fabrication team to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Arc Welding, Gas Welding, and Fabrication processes.
  • Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and safety standards.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Physically fit and able to work in workshop/field environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITI/Diploma in Welding/Fabrication or equivalent.
  • Experience in flex fabrication / structural fabrication will be an added advantage.
