The core duties of the role:
1.Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services.

2.Use scripts to provide information about product features, prices, and benefits.

3.Answer customer questions, address concerns, and resolve any issues.

4.Persuade prospects to purchase by explaining how the products or services meet their needs.

5.Manage and update customer databases with accurate and detailed information.

6.Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

7.Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, and pricing structures.

8.Handle follow-up calls to nurture leads and build long-term relationships.

9.Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns.
- :Qualifications and Requirements

The qualifications needed:
1.Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar customer service role.

2.Outstanding negotiation and communication skills.

3.Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

4.Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking systems is a plus.

5.Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

6.High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus).
