Assettrust Service Pvt Ltd is looking for a persuasive and energetic Telesales Representative to join our dynamic real estate sales team. The role involves contacting potential clients, explaining project details, and converting inquiries into site visits and bookings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads
- Explain real estate project details, pricing, and offers clearly and confidently
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients
- Follow up on leads regularly and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and feedback in the CRM
- Meet weekly and monthly lead conversion and visit targets
- Provide excellent customer service to build trust and rapport

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome)
- Excellent spoken communication skills in English and local languages
- Confidence in handling phone conversations and overcoming objections
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Prior Telesales or Telecalling experience (real estate preferred) is an advantage
