**Position Summary**:Commis Chefs are the first rung in the kitchen ladder on the way to becoming a top chef. They are junior chefs who learn and practice their craft under the eye of a chef de partie so as to learn the ins and outs of each specific situation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting Other Chefs in the Kitchen.
- Measuring Ingredients.
- Work according to the menu specifications by the Chef de Partie.
- Accepting store deliveries are also part of the Commis I Chef duties.
- Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner.
- Communicate assistance needed during busy periods.
- Ensure the quality of the food items.
- Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu.

**Experience**:

- Previous Hospitality experience working as a Commis I
- Great teamwork skills and attention to detail

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
