**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of tandoori items such as naan, roti, kebabs, paneer tikka, etc.
- Manage and operate the tandoor oven, ensuring appropriate temperature and cleanliness.
- Ensure all food is prepared according to standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the cooking area and utensils.
- Monitor food inventory and assist in ordering supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tandoor Cook (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Familiarity with traditional tandoori cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and team-working skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for long hours and work with high heat.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
