**Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day finance operations, ensuring smooth and efficient financial transactions.
- Visit banks for financial-related work such as deposits, withdrawals, and documentation, as required.
- Support the Finance Manager in various financial tasks, including account management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist in managing cash flow, accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams for timely completion of finance-related assignments.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in finance.
