**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Actively engage with potential buyers, understanding their needs and preferences to match them with suitable properties.
- Conduct property tours and presentations, showcasing the unique features and benefits of residential listings.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and local developments to provide informed advice to clients.
- Identify and pursue new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Provide exceptional support throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to closing and beyond.
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless transaction process.
- Prepare and manage necessary paperwork and documentation for property transactions.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in residential real estate sales is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
