Residential and Commercial Sales

The representative covering residential and commercial sales is expected to develop the following attributes to succeed on the job:
Ø A minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential and commercial sales, including significant sales training, experience and success
Ø Approach prospective clients and showcase the best
Ø Highlight unique and special features of company’s products to clients,
Ø Seek appointments with clients
Ø Process sales data for record keeping and accurate balancing of sales account
Ø Interact with clients and build a professional network that could yield good sales results in the long run, and also bring good recommendations
Ø Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective new clients
Ø Utilize modern selling and marketing techniques and tools to communicate effect Researching and developing a list of prospective customers to produce sales leads

Ø Being a goal-oriented individual with the ability to meet sales deadlines
Ø Possess good marketing skills for increasing customer base and sales
Ø Strong communication skills and the ability to pass information to customers effectively

Ø Possess strong confidence to speak to people of various educational and cultural backgrounds
Ø Possess strong skill for managing time and getting more tasks done before deadline is reached
Ø Highly self-motivated, with the ability to maintain optimism at all times.
**Responsibilities**:
Ø Being effective at handling customer’s queries or complaints;
Ø Knowing most of the details about the products/services;
Ø Having effective skills to bring in a vast amount of sales;
Ø New business acquisition;
Ø Handling customers’ needs in an efficient manner;
Ø Working well with team members and other departments;
Ø Providing accurate information about products and services to customers;
Ø Being consistent as both a salesperson and an employee.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
