**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a positive and professional demeanor
- Manage front desk operations including answering phones, directing calls, and handling inquiries
- Maintain visitor and appointment logs
- Provide accurate information about products/services to walk-in clients or callers
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and customer requests
- Keep reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Maintain records, files, and documentation as required
- Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks when needed
- Support team in day-to-day operations and client service improvement
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
