Front Desk Receptionist

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or team members.
- Provide information about the company and its services to clients, visitors, and callers.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for employees.
- Maintain and organize the front desk area to ensure it is neat and presentable.
- Handle office supplies, inventory management, and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations across the office.
- Ensure visitor logs are maintained and provide security badges as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a real estate or tech-related environment is a plus.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a bonus.

Pay: ₹10,781.68 - ₹25,635.07 per month
