**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored digital marketing solutions to meet their goals.
- Conduct sales presentations, and product demos, and negotiate contracts.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the agency.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital marketing solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a salesperson, preferably in the digital marketing industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and web design.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in a digital marketing agency or related industry.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques.
- Understanding of client needs in various industries and ability to tailor solutions accordingly.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify new opportunities.
