**Job Role**: Customer Care Representative

**Location**: Delhi ( Connaught Place )

**Salary**: 20000 to 25000 Per Month

**Experience**: 1 Year In Same Field

**Qualifications**:Any Graduate

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Issue Resolution**: Handle customer complaints or concerns, resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner, and ensure a positive resolution.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints in the CRM system.
- **Problem-Solving**: Proactively identify customer needs and offer solutions, escalating issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and enhance customer loyalty.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to relevant departments for service improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Work with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support, billing) to address customer needs and ensure seamless service delivery.

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a professional tone.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive experience.
- Ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions under pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle a high volume of customer interactions.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
