**Skills and SpecificationsCareers Responsibility**:

- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues by maintaining a positive and professional demeanour.
- Researching required information using available resources.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
- Provide product and service information.
- Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the management as needed.
- Following up complicated customer calls where required.
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
- Documenting details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal / external departments.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Previous 6months to 1year of customer service experience, especially in e-commerce, preferred.
- Monday to Sunday.
- 9 Hours rotational shift between 0900 to 2000 hours IST.
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal/Written with proper grammar.
- Ability to work with others in a close manner.
- Good computer and typing (28-30 wpm) skills.
- Good multi-tasking skills.

**Skills and Specifications**:

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Any other south Indian language would be an added advantage.
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
