As a Sales Representative for Cellbless Healthcare Pvt Ltd, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence across government and private hospitals in the region. We specialize in providing high-quality surgical, surgical disposables, surgical consumables, surgical instruments, and diagnostic products. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare providers, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Growth and Market Expansion**:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to increase market share in assigned territories (Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Uttarakhand).
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through proactive client engagement.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and medical institutions (government and private sectors).
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients, understanding their needs, and providing product solutions accordingly.
- **Product Knowledge & Presentation**:
- Stay up to date on product offerings (surgical disposables, instruments, diagnostics, etc.) and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- **Tendering and Procurement Process**:
- Liaise with government procurement officers and hospital purchasing departments to participate in tender submissions.
- Assist in preparing documentation for tenders and ensuring compliance with required standards.
- **Sales Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts.
- Provide weekly/monthly reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- **Travel & Territory Management**:
- Regular travel within the assigned territory (Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Uttarakhand) to meet with clients, attend medical conferences, and engage with stakeholders.
- Plan and manage daily activities efficiently to maximize customer coverage and sales productivity.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business preferred.
- Proven experience in medical sales, especially in surgical and diagnostic products, is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
