- The role focuses on day to day management of HR processes and administration of HR services. Ensures seamless functioning of HR services, enhancing employee satisfaction and operational efficiency within the organisation**Key Result Areas**
- Describe the key result areas (KRA’s) of the job. Indicate end results not duties or activities. These KRA’s should form the basis of the incumbent’s personal objectives._
- **Employee Engagement Activities**:
- Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement and L&D initiatives
- Managing end to end logistics for various organisational level initiatives
- Maintaining and tracking budgets for Employee Engagement
- Driving and tracking Employee Engagement and HR initiatives across organisation like GPTW, Glint, Performance Management
- Monitor and collate L&D evaluation forms
- Organize e-learning courses٫ workshops and other trainings
- Manage the learning and development calendar
- Manage logistics and resource arrangements
- Drive smooth Induction and Onboarding experience for new joiners
- Maintain relationships with vendors and consultants
**Knowledge, Competencies and Key Behaviours Required**
- Describe the essential background and experience required to perform the job rather than the knowledge and qualifications the job holder has._
- Strong understanding of processes and systems
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in operations
- Master’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking facilities
