This is a full-time remote role for a Telecalling Executive. The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, explaining and promoting products or services, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of each call. Additional duties include following up on leads, conducting surveys, and providing top-notch customer service.

Experience in telecalling, customer service, and relationship management

Ability to work independently and remotely

Proficiency with CRM software and data entry skills

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

Bachelor's degree is a plus
