
Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, and potentially other management members.
**_Duties/Responsibilities: _**
- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO and/or other assigned leadership staff.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
- Arranges travel and accommodation for executives.
- Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
- Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
- Manage scheduling for company executive(s)
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive.
- Coordinate travel arrangements Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)
**_Qualifications: _**
- 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in advertising or media industries (preferred)
- Time-management skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Organization skills
- Ability to multitask
- Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office
- Interpersonal skills
- Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. This will be a hybrid work setting based in New York City.**Pay Range: $60,000 - $100,000 per year**
