**Content Development**: Craft engaging, creative, and on-brand social media posts for various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. This includes writing captions, selecting visuals, and adding relevant hashtags.
- **Visual Content Creation**: Design visually appealing graphics, videos, and stories using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software. Ensure the brand's aesthetics are consistent across all social channels.
- **Strategy Execution**: Develop and execute a social media content calendar based on marketing goals, audience insights, and platform trends. This may include scheduling posts in advance and adjusting strategy based on engagement.
- **Audience Engagement**: Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and questions in a timely manner. Foster community growth and engagement, and build relationships with the brand’s online audience.
- **Trend Analysis**: Keep up-to-date with social media trends, new features, and algorithm changes. Leverage these insights to create timely content that resonates with the audience and keeps the brand relevant.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics such as likes, shares, comments, reach, and click-through rates. Use insights to refine content strategy and report on successes and areas for improvement.
- **Brand Voice and Consistency**: Ensure all content reflects the brand’s voice, tone, and values, maintaining a cohesive presence across all social media channels.
- **Collaboration with Teams**: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with broader marketing campaigns, product launches, and company objectives.
- **Copywriting**: Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for social media that aligns with each platform’s style and resonates with the audience.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Conduct regular analysis of competitors’ social media activities to identify opportunities, best practices, and potential areas for differentiation.
- **Influencer and Partnership Management**: Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to expand the brand’s reach and impact on social media.
- **Crisis Management**: Address any negative feedback, complaints, or brand crises on social media in a professional manner that upholds the brand’s reputation.
- **Experimentation and A/B Testing**: Run experiments with different types of content, posting times, and formats to determine the most effective strategies for audience engagement and growth.
- **Content Optimization for SEO**: Use SEO best practices, such as keyword research and tagging, to optimize social media content for discoverability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
