Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Online Reputation

Management (ORM) Associate to join our team at Bhanzu. The ORM Associate will monitor,

manage, and enhance the company's online presence and reputation. This individual will

handle social media, customer feedback, reviews, and online brand sentiment to ensure the

company maintains a positive image.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor Online Presence:
○ Regularly track online mentions of the company on social media, review

platforms, blogs, forums, and other relevant channels.

○ Use ORM tools to monitor sentiment and flag negative comments or reviews.

2. Respond to Customer Feedback:
○ Engage with customers professionally and empathetically across various

platforms.

○ Address negative reviews or complaints promptly and resolve issues

effectively.

3. Reputation Enhancement:
○ Develop strategies to amplify positive reviews from existing customers.

4. Content Management:
○ Create and post responses to queries, reviews, and brand mentions to

maintain an active online presence.

5. Crisis Management:
○ Identify and address potential reputation risks proactively.

○ Create a crisis management plan to handle unexpected negative publicity.

6. Escalation Management:
○ Identify and escalate critical issues or sensitive feedback to appropriate

internal teams or management.

○ Ensure timely resolution of escalated matters and maintain clear

communication with stakeholders.

7. Analysis and Reporting:
○ Analyze data on customer sentiment, reviews, and brand mentions.

○ Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations for

management.

Qualifications/Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ORM, social media management, or customer relations.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM and ORM tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across functions.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience: 1-3 years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
