**Job Requirements**
The responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding users through product features and functionalities across all social media platforms. To be successful in this role, you must be an excellent communicator capable of earning our customers’ trust in a digital environment. You should also be well versed in social media and digital marketing best practices. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the brands’ online reputation, improving customer experience, and driving sales across multiple platforms.
