We are looking for **Blood Bank Technician**
**Minimum Experience**:

- **2- 4 years**
- Counselling the patients and their relatives
- Screening of donors in case of abnormality, differing/rejecting donor etc
- Follow up for replacement of blood from the patient post surgery
- Testing of blood samples(EDTA, plain, blood group, TTI etc)
- After testing of sample, if found positive, recommending the patient for doctor consultation
- In case of a normal report, handing it over to the respective patient
- On blood request from MO, counselling the patient relative before the transfusion
- Transfusion of blood to be done only when blood is found compatible after cross matching test
- Quality Control(QC) for cells(A+, B+, O+) by performing their reverse respectively(B, A, AB)
- Maintaining data about patient and their processes
- At the time of emergency, proceeding with CPR practices simultaneously activating code blue
- Ensuring infection control practices(ICP) and maintaining hygiene at all times
- Implementing spillage management as and when required

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,107.65 per month
