**Role and Responsibilities**
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for aspiring dialysis technicians, covering both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
- Train on the operation of dialysis machines, including setting up, monitoring, and troubleshooting equipment.
- Instruct on patient care procedures, including sterile technique, blood access care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Educate on safety protocols and emergency procedures specific to dialysis treatment.
- Conduct skills assessments to evaluate trainees' competency in performing dialysis procedures.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and support to new dialysis technicians as they transition into their roles.
- Stay up-to-date on advancements in dialysis technology and treatment protocols, incorporating them into training programs.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor in Diaysis Technician (preferred)
- Diploma in Dilaysis Technician with BSc (Science)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
