**Role - Deputy General Manager sales (Staffing)**
**Attributes**:
- Previous working experience in Team Handling of 3/4 BDM for more than 3 years (Temp Staffing industry Preferred )
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A proven track record of providing actionable solutions
- Have good interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Online Market Research to generate leads.
- Must be Team player. & handled a team of 2 - 5 associates
- Pleasant personality
Should be open for travel
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- The primary focus is to bring new business from new and existing clients.
- Define and develop lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts & to further penetrate existing accounts with alignment of the VP / Head of BD.
- Identify business opportunities & perform market research to determine new business leads & potential projects.
- Work on sales leads coming from - SEO, ADWORDS, REFERENCE, DATABASE. Cold calling and Market research to locate the potential of these Clients.
- Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new accounts for staffing division.
- Handling client presentations and commercials.
- Maintains an ongoing relationship with prospective clients, continuously assessing and communicating to them on Staffing Solutions that can meet their needs.
- Prepare & record client Data Sheet for every lead being worked on.
- Actively and successfully manage the sales process with active service follow up and handle trouble shooting.
- Meetings with Clients.
- Accountable for all client proposals, contracts/ agreement and any other documentation required with the consent of Head of BD Team.
- Updating Sales force system on all leads pertaining to Temp staffing.
- Maintaining daily, weekly, monthly MIS Reports.
- Should provide timely feedback to the management regarding performance, activity reports and account strategy concerns
- Negotiates contractual terms and conditions for employment services, and works with the operations and recruiting teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
- Coordination with internal Marketing Team,
- Team handling and development.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
