
Customer Support Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner to assist customers with their queries and issues.
- Provide information about products and services, process orders, and resolve complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide feedback for improvements.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality customer support.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Minimum Graduation in any discipline.
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in both **English** and **Marathi** (written and verbal) is a must.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in customer service or call centers is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically.
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts, if required.
