**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide first-line support for all IT-related queries and technical issues raised by staff.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other office equipment.
- Respond to system outages and escalate issues as necessary.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Document all support requests, resolutions, and updates in the IT ticketing system.
- Collaborate with external vendors for repairs, warranties, or specialized support.
- Ensure compliance with IT security protocols and data protection standards.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an IT support or technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with office productivity tools (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Basic understanding of networking principles (LAN/WAN, routers, switches).
- Excellent problem-solving, diagnostic, and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
