**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and issue timely and accurate customer invoices based on dispatches, purchase orders, and sales agreements.
- Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and logistics teams to gather and verify billing-related information.
- Maintain records of all billing documents, including delivery challans, sales orders, and tax invoices.
- Ensure compliance with GST and other statutory taxation requirements while invoicing.
- Reconcile customer accounts, handle billing queries, and follow up on discrepancies.
- Track outstanding payments and assist the accounts receivable team in collections.
- Maintain billing software and ensure all data is up to date and accurate.
- Support month-end closing and audit activities with relevant documentation.
- Generate regular billing reports and assist with financial analysis as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in billing, preferably in a manufacturing or fertilizer-related industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Busy, Tally, or similar) and MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
