Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our accounting department.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, general ledger entries, bank reconciliation, credit card expense report reconciliation, cash applications, collections, and treasury.
  • Deliver timely and accurate financial processing, month-end close, cash management reports, and balance sheet reconciliation.
  • Cash flow management and maintaining lines of credit.
  • Determination of terms of credit and assigning credit limits and terms to customers.
  • Effectively manage a team of associates and executives under his supervision.
  • Maintain performance reports for all employees.
  • Coordinate and direct the development and preparation of budgets, forecasts, and projections.
  • Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans.
  • Management of Direct and Indirect Taxes, GST, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually.

Key Requirements:

  • Thorough knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills.
  • Possess well-developed interpersonal and communication, verbal, and written skills.
  • Expert computer skills - proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Access, and Outlook, Tally, and Tax computation.
  • MBA, BBA, B Com, M com with a proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, or Finance Manager.
  • 10 Plus years of experience in similar roles.
