Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to oversee the entire plant's HR, ER, and Admin functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with experience in general administration, plant monitoring, and security management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR & IR, with knowledge of local laws and regulations. They should be able to manage payroll, lead training and development activities, handle HR operations, and track compliance with all applicable legal requirements.

  • General Administration: Oversee the administration of the plant, including security, transportation, housekeeping, and gardening through professional vendors ensuring full legal compliance.
  • HR Operations: Handle HR operations and transactions for the plant, including payroll management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Training and Development: Lead training and development activities, including conducting an annual training needs assessment, creating, and executing the training plan.
  • Compliance: Track and ensure timely compliance with all applicable legal and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll for employees, retainers, team leaders, and contract workers.
  • Partner with HR & ER at the plant level.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders such as government authorities and union leaders.
  • Address plant discipline issues, such as chronic absenteeism and employee misconduct.
  • Coordinate health and safety initiatives at the plant.
  • Administer contract labor management, including order preparation, attendance verification, bill processing, and salary disbursement.
  • Oversee security management, daily verification of gate reports, records checks, and addressing disciplinary actions from security frisking.
Requirements:
  • A post-graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 10-12 years of experience in HR & IR.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Labour Laws and Compliances.
  • Specific Skills: Analytical skills, Problem-solving skills, Assertiveness, Decision-making capacity, Interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in good manufacturing organizations like Textile companies, Engineering, and FMCG companies.
