As a Sales Representative for an Interior Designing Firm, the primary responsibility is to generate sales, build client relationships, and promote the firm's services. Below are the key responsibilities:
- **Client Acquisition & Lead Generation**:
- Identify potential clients, including residential and commercial properties, through various channels (networking, referrals, marketing campaigns, etc.).
- Qualify leads and initiate contact with prospects to understand their needs.
- **Consultation & Needs Assessment**:
- Meet with clients to discuss their interior design requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Provide recommendations on design services that meet their needs.
- Create tailored proposals and design presentations for potential clients.
- **Sales Presentations & Negotiations**:
- Present interior design solutions and project portfolios to clients.
- Negotiate pricing, project timelines, and terms of service.
- Follow up with potential clients and address any concerns or questions to close sales.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process and after project completion.
- **Collaboration with Design Team**:
- Work closely with interior designers, project managers, and other teams to ensure the client's vision is translated into the final design.
- Share client feedback and updates with the design team to ensure projects are delivered on time and according to expectations.
- **Market Research & Trend Awareness**:
- Stay updated with the latest trends in interior design, materials, and products.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and improve sales strategies.
- **Sales Targets & Reporting**:
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
- Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
- **Customer Service & Problem Resolution**:
- Address any post-sale issues or concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle any complaints professionally, offering solutions to resolve issues efficiently.
- **Marketing & Promotion**:
- Assist in creating promotional materials, presentations, and marketing campaigns to attract new clients.
- Participate in events, trade shows, and other marketing efforts to promote the firm’s services.
A Sales Representative in this field should be highly personable, with strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a good understanding of interior design concepts to effectively cater to the client’s needs.
Pay: ₹8,730.51 - ₹38,824.41 per month
