*Job Description:*

*Responsibilities:*
- *Customer Engagement:* Greet customers and assist them in identifying their vehicle needs, presenting and demonstrating the features and benefits of our inventory.
- *Sales Process:* Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact through closing the sale, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- *Product Knowledge:* Maintain an in-depth understanding of our inventory, including vehicle specifications, features, and pricing.
- *Follow-Up:* Conduct follow-up communications with potential buyers to answer questions, provide additional information, and nurture relationships.
- *Negotiation:* Negotiate pricing and financing terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- *Documentation:* Prepare and process all necessary paperwork related to vehicle sales, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- *Market Research:* Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to effectively position our vehicles.
- *Sales Targets:* Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the management.
- *Customer Service:* Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
- *Team Collaboration:* Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving company objectives.

*Qualifications:*
- *Experience:* Previous experience in automotive sales or a similar field is preferred.
- *Skills:* Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- *Customer-Focused:* Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- *Self-Motivated:* Driven to achieve and exceed sales goals with mínimal supervision.
- *Knowledge:* Familiarity with automotive products and industry trends.
- *Technical:* Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related technology.
- *Licensing:* A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
