**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in a high-end retail environment, with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and build rapport.
- Strong sales acumen, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Persuasive and convincing personality with exceptional negotiation skills.
- Pleasant demeanor and professional appearance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
