For 17 years, Elements Inc. has been a leading artist management and booking agency based in Pune. We represent a curated roster of top Bollywood and commercial DJs, securing high-profile performances at clubs, campuses, private events, and corporate functions throughout India and globally.
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and securing bookings for our talented DJs. This position requires a strong understanding of the music industry, exceptional sales skills, and a passion for building lasting client relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Client Acquisition & Lead Conversion: Proactively prospect new clients and effectively convert company-provided leads into successful bookings.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients within the music and entertainment industry.
Strategic Pitching: Present our roster of Bollywood and commercial DJs to existing and prospective clients, highlighting their unique talents and suitability for various events.
Sales Pipeline Management: Implement a systematic approach to follow-ups, ensuring timely communication and maximizing booking conversions.
Negotiation & Closing: Skillfully negotiate deal terms and secure profitable bookings, achieving optimal closure rates.
Post-Sales Client Service: Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
Client Database Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive client database to foster repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Artist Operations Oversight: Coordinate essential post-sales artist logistics, including flight and hotel bookings, show artwork preparation, and ensuring all logístical elements are in place.
Financial Management: Ensure timely collection of show payments prior to events.
Growth & Innovation: Identify and pursue opportunities for professional growth, including talent scouting, business expansion into new avenues, and potential team development.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the entertainment or music industry.
Strong understanding of the Bollywood and commercial music scene.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM software and database management.
A passion for music and the entertainment industry.
