As a Sales Representative at Digivik, your primary responsibility will be to visit potential clients, understand their business needs, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our digital solutions. With a strong emphasis on building relationships, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and contributing to the growth of our client base.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Visits**:

- Conduct in-person visits to potential clients to present Digivik's products and services.
- Establish rapport and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- **Sales Presentations**:

- Deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase Digivik's offerings.
- Clearly communicate the benefits and value proposition of our digital solutions.
- Address client queries and objections effectively.
- **Pipeline Management**:

- Maintain a proactive and organized approach to lead generation and sales pipeline management.
- Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities.
- **Negotiation and Closure**:

- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to achieve successful deal closures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project kick-off.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Contribute insights to refine sales strategies and stay competitive.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients to identify upselling opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to maintain client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the digital solutions or technology industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and results-driven approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel for client visits.
