Job Title: Sales and Marketing Representative

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Representative for software to join our dynamic team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales and customer engagement. As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will work closely with our sales team to create and deliver compelling product demonstrations to potential clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn about our products, develop communication skills, and contribute to the success of our sales efforts.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist sales representatives in preparing and customizing product demonstrations for potential clients.

Learn about our products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to prospects.

Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor demonstrations to address specific requirements.

Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Conduct research on industry trends and competitor offerings to support sales efforts.

Assist in creating demo scripts, presentations, and other sales collateral.

Practice delivering product demonstrations in a clear, engaging, and persuasive manner.

Provide feedback to the sales team on demo effectiveness and areas for improvement.

Maintain accurate records of demo activities and customer interactions in CRM software.

Support the sales team in administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:
Experience - 1 year minimum

IT Experience will be a plus point

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
