We are a well-established manufacturer of premium French doors and windows, committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and driven **Sales Representative & Marketing Associate** to join our team and help expand our presence in the market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Customer Engagement**:

- Greet and assist walk-in customers at our showroom, guiding them through our product offerings.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the best French doors and windows to suit their requirements.
- Provide product demonstrations and offer expert advice on features, benefits, and options.
- Convert leads from Indiamart and other platforms into successful sales.
- Maintain relationships with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- **Marketing & Lead Generation**:

- Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers.
- **Learning & Growth**:

- Be proactive in learning about our products, industry trends, and sales techniques.
- Participate in training sessions and work alongside senior team members to improve your skills.

**Requirements**:

- **No prior experience required** - we are happy to train motivated individuals with a strong willingness to learn
- Previous sales or marketing experience is a plus, but not necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and close sales.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
- Comfortable working in a showroom environment and attending to walk-in customers.
- Familiarity with lead conversion platforms like Indiamart is a bonus, but not mandatory.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹10,447.45 - ₹15,446.75 per month
