**Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, approach, and convert potential clients into customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Follow up on leads and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in sales (any industry such as FMCG, retail, real estate, insurance, etc.).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Good knowledge of sales techniques and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must have own vehicle (if field sales role).

**Education Qualification**:

- Minimum HSC / Graduate in any stream.
